The first bike I painted was my 350. I never tried pin striping or any detail. When I took off the striping on my Z1, I decided not to have any again. I have two tanks and am putting on the clear coat now. One starts to look bad, I start on the other one. I like the detail of yours though. Hmmmmm. :unsure:

I never really liked the pin striping on my Z1. It was OK but now, it looks great. Funny what 40 years will do to taste.

Hello and welcome to KZR, from Toronto, Canada. Beautiful bike,
I have a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 Ltd. I bought new. I recently managed to get it out of my garage after 28 years and put it on the road again (2010). I feel like a kid all over again. Since I have acquired 3 78 KZ1000 Ltd, 1 1981 KZ1000 Ltd, and another 1980 KZ750 Ltd. Love the LTD's.
