WOW! Yalls bikes are beautiful! How inspiring!
I'm a KZ junkie. I've had several, but my main one is a 1976 KZ900A4 Frankenstein. I got it in 2004 from my brother who's had it sense the early 90's. It's been through several transformations. I upgraded the engine to a 78 1000cc. My current project on it is swapping out the front end to a 2007 GSXR750 while keeping the original handlebar controls.
I've posted several pics to the gallery under the title of "Batbike" (sorry if that's the wrong way admin; still learning your site).
I changed the front end to a 97 GS500E with GS1100 springs several years ago, but the single disk wasn't cutting it.
The rear-end has gone through several transformations too. It's currently a 2007 GSXR750 with a 9" extention. The spring is some kind of Buell. The drive sprocket is a 19T (only sold in the UK) and the rear is a 33T custom made by 'Sprocket Specialists.'
It's been a fun project!
