Hello from Austin!

I've only had my bike for a few months (1982 ltd 1000), and have been lurking here since about the second day I had it. This site and of course the users are a priceless resource for advice, admonishments, and humor. Thanks you guys for being here and being consistent. I can't imagine owning one of these bikes without this resource. All that said, I took my bike up to visit my mom and took her to lunch on it. She's a real sport. The bike is running better than ever- almost scary quick. Has me thinking about brake maintenance....
