new kz guy

Just bought this kz305 ltd, dont have my motorcycle licence yet but looking to write it soon as the weather is getting better.

The 305 looks to be in pretty good condition.

And then there's the poor old BSA... does it run?

Welcome aboard!! That KZ looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor -nice find! Years ago I put a BSA A50 Cyclone engine in a B40 (350cc single) frame. Since then I have learned to appreciate keeping things stock. :laugh: :laugh: Ed

The kz looks better in pictures than in person, still in a good condition though. i did have to improvise some repairs yesterday for the intake boots as i didnt want to wait a week or two fro oem parts.

the bsa does not run, well never tried to start it before i started taking it apart. the plan was to restore it last fall to ride it this summer and life happened and i had no time for it so i bought the kz to ride.

I don't think so considering I don't even know what "captcha" is. Are you coming into the site from a PC or some kind of portable device? Ed

everytime i post anything i have to enter a number provided. if i enter the wrong number i have to try again.

searched and it seems like there was only one other guy that mentioned this. maybe only for new members?
