My $21 78 kz400

So I bought my first kawi today, I've owned pretty much every other japanese make except Kawasaki so I guess theres a first for anything. Got the bike as a trade for a $21 bottle of vodka, title, keys and owners manual included. So first some pictures:



Then the bad news, while stripping it down, I discovered its siezed, so I snuck a look in side and its a solid ball of rust. I'm going to need a new(ish) motor, but I'm not sure if I should just find another 400 or something bigger, an tips?? Thanks! Also, heres a shot after I stripped about 1/4 of the stuff I didn't want off:

Just my luck LOL good score I been trying to get my buddy let go of his old 440 to no avail he parked it after the tank rusted out

he road that thing 365 days a year for a few years had a shock break on a ride ran by my brothers garage had a set of sportster shocks and was off again that little bike got around

Well I'm just hoping to break it free tomorrow morning... If not, idk where I'm going to get a motor from. Then after that problem gets solved, I need to redo all the electronics, and possibly set it up to have no battery.
