Hello everyone! New to the forum and elbows deep in a basket case

Recently purchased a '79 KZ750E it was completely disassembled (except motor and trans fortunately) picked it up for $250 and was really happy about the price cause I've been wanting this project for a very long time. The plan has begun as a cafe racer. I have started with the frame and finished de-tabing it and grinding down the welds. Yesterday my friend and I put the motor in and mocked up the forks. Next step is to figure out what I need to fire her up. Depending on finances I foresee this project finishing up in 3 months unless I have to deploy but that shouldn't be till late next year.
