I have had my 76 kz900 for about 10 years but just recently got it on the road...and I LOVE it!

forks wheels and brakes are from a 08 zx6. rear shocks are from a zephyr 1200. swingarm is shadetree with oem kz axle adjusters. Got a cnc aftermarket upper triple tree off ebay cheap and machined it to use my old dirtbike risers and 1 1/8" bars. shadetree rear subframe and battery box. as far as engine goes. its a mostly stock 900 with webb cams, pod filters and 4 iinto 1 exhaust. carbs are vm26 with 20 pilot and 120 main. so much fun to ride... like it way more than my old shovelhead. thanks for the compliment!

Excellent bike man,

I'm in the Columbus area too. I just picked my bike up of of CL not too long ago and can hopefully start working on it sometime soon. I've got visions of "trying" to build something similar to what you've got going on! I may have to hit you up for some advice sometime. Once again, nice bike!
