I'm certainly not new to bikes. I've been riding since 2004 and I frequently work on mine and my friends the call is needed. I inherited my project from my friends father. It sat under a tarp in a backyard for 12-ish years. I am slowly taking it apart to see if I can get running before doing anything else. It's a daunting process as I still have everything else going on in life. I will have a ton of questions particularly parts. For example, I have two accel coils in the bike and was looking to replace the wires but have not had any luck. I'm a regular/long time member on another forum so ill try not to botch the place up.

Welcome to KZR...plenty of 650 dweebs on this site...they will be able to assist you. Let me be the first to say "buy the official Kawasaki shop manual" as it will save you an enormous amount of time.

Is it worth the extra money? I'm struggling to locate an official piece that isn't digital.

Z1 Enterprises lists both copper core and suppression style plug wires.

Would suggest copper core.

Thanks for the hookup. I've never heard of them. I like one stop shopping.
