I'm about to start fixing up what I believe is a kz700 but am having trouble determining year. The vin is VIN # KZ 700B-005488 which is only 12 digits? I thought the 700s were only made in 84 which is after the 81 change to 17 digit vins. The bike look more like a 70s 750? I need year to get title..
