What is going on guys?
Figured I would post here like most forums introduce myself.
My name is Chris and I picked up a 1978 kz650.
It was all in pieces and this my first bike build.
I normally just keep to cars and auto cross and auto x.
I have been trying to put this bike together but just bought a house and
have been crazy busy with all things that include with a new home owner.

Welcome aboard, nice looking D model. You may also want to check out kz650.info if you have not already. Lots of 650 gurus over there. Some hang out here as well.
