Just bought a Z....

Hey all....I've been a vintage bike guy for awhile and finally bought my dream bike, a 1975 Z1B.
Runs great but does need some cosmetic restoration.
I've already put new bars, controls, grips and a new front tire on it.
The bike has a 16" wheel that I will be changing out to an 18. Also want to put original style exhaust on it.
It will be a riding project. What do you have?

Welcome aboard. We recently finished a refurb on a Z1B. Expect to dump a load of money on an exhaust. A good reproduction from Z1E was around $1700.00

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I found the exhaust, it will be $1300 shipped. I'll be ordering next month.

Does yours have two fuel lines suppling the carbs? [mine has one but two nipples on the petcock]

That sounds right. The bike belongs to a customer and we delivered it to him a few weeks ago.
