Spanning the generations....!
30 Jun 2006 20:56
Guys: I just bought a mint condition '82 KZ1000 LTD to go with my '03 Z1000. I'm hoping that my generally unruly youngster respects his elder! Whadda think! ,BK

That's a mighty clean LTD - how's the Z1000 look?

Nope, they will not get along. I suggest you immediately move the LTD to my garage where it will feel far more comfortable amongst its own 'kind' Glad you are here, bobthebike:)

Hey Guys: Thanks for the kind comments. She is a "find" in the purest sense. The only quibble is the typical "I had my buddy do the carbs" situation that has her stumbling at low rpm's. Hopefully it's any easy fix or she's going to turn into a coffee table stand! Oh, and to answer your questions, she has 8K on the clock and my Z looks like a mongrel next to it! ,BK
