New Rider with questions

hey there everyone,
Im a new 76 kz400 owner and new rider. my name is Thomas Toebbe and im from Louisville Ky. i found a 76 kz that has not been out of a garage sense 81! redone engine gaskets and tuned up carb, and she purs like a kitten. question: the tires are dry rotted, they are 3.25 18 and 3.50 18. does this bike have to have tube or not? thanks Thomas

Welcome 76kz400rider.

Your bike came standard with wire spoke wheels and yes they use tubes and tube type tires.
It would be best to replace the rim strips, tubes and tires.
