Hello from Austin Texas!

I just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone. My name is Matt, but I received the nickname Tatür many years ago. I recently picked up an 81 KZ650 CSR (just missed the kickstart cutoff) that I plan on customizing. I haven't really picked a style that I want to go after yet. I enjoy all types, but am leaning towards a brat/fighter style.
Since I was 15 or so, I always worked on classic cars. Started with VW's then worked into pre-59 Chevies. Never intended on bikes, but always helped my brother build his SV650, so it seemed like a natural progression. Either way, I'll probably be here a bit, lurking a bit, asking a few questions and all that.

I have a ton of parts on their way so I can get this thing roadworthy. Then the changes begin.
