My 79 kz100 is perfect for the nice country backroads around here. I used to ride KZs when I lived in California in to 80s. Those around the SanJuaquin valley know how popular these bikes are. Now I ride the wine country and Cascades here in Oregon. The roads are prime, cars and other riders are nice and cops very understanding.
I always take riding pictures and have recently started taking HD video of my road riding so I hope to be able to post some on KZ rider soon. Summer is coming so lets all ride together.

Good to see another Oregon KZ rider. There are a few members here. I have yet to see a KZ ride get organized here. There is a classic bike ride in Corvallis the weekend before memorial day. This year Suzuki is the marquee bike. Its a lot of fun, a ride and swap meet at the fair grounds in Corvallis.
May 18 - 19, Sat. / Sun.: Corvallis Ride, Show and Swap Meet Saturday Ride, 12 noon, Benton County Fairgrounds, Corvallis, OR. Sunday May 19, Show & Swap Meet, Featured Marque: SUZUKI (50 year celebration)

There will be a Bend area in central Oregon ride in July.
July 13th, Saturday: Meet in Bend, OR. Shari’s parking lot at 9:00AM, 3098 N. Hwy. 97
Then eventually the KZR North American relay will be coming through.
