hi. been rebuilding an 82 gpz550 H1 from baremetal frame up. Ive been using this site as a guest and thought it time to say hi. Hi! Im from the great southern land Oz and live on a hill near a couple of pubs. The bike was a $300 dollar basket case and its taken me a while for it to come together but its getting close. I started it 2 weeks ago for its 31st birthday. It hadnt been started for some time before that. Its been a lot of fun and heartache. My budget blew out a long time ago. Its still got a bit to do on it but heres a mocked up pic with the tank in etch primer and black paper over the red to see how it looked. My PS skills are crap. Im still open to suggestions on colour but am leaning towards stock colour but with 83 stripes.

I'd stick to the original red color...hey, but that's me.
