It handles fine with rake actually make high speed driving easier but I lost some turning radius. The bike is light and monuverable so does not really matter. I had to lock up rear wheel once and you have to let out brake to regain stoping abilty but was not laid over at 45 MPH. It isn't my greatest idea I ever had but looks better. I glad you care about my saftey. I have though about finding a donor 440 and steal disc brake from rear and disc brake master cyl for rear and using a proportional valve to be able to brake front and rear from the rear brake lever. I don't want to put any thing on handle bars and do not want foward controls.
