I streched the rear swing arm 6 in. Made my own chain tensioner. Moved the suspension under the seat. Lowered the seat pan 2 in. Cut the seat in half cut the foam in half covered with stock seat cover. Installed the sissy bar and reused the stock tail light. I raked the front of the bike by cutting the front down tubes and added 15 degrees more rake. Painted the tank and fabricated new mounts for the side covers. Installed pod filters. I also installed flame throwers. It throws flames about 16 in out both exhaust. I made the throwers from the stock mufflers. I installed a LED red light kit one foward one backward and one under the tank. I had to buy a new battery. I installed a rectifier out of a GM one wire alternator. Learned that from The forum THANKS 42$!!!!!!!! instead of 109 and I had it that day. I removed the front brake painted the wheels red. I was going for and old school bobber look. I installed a sucide clutch with the cluch mounted on the shifter. Ihad to break the left stop off the handle bar and make new longer one so handle bar does not hit suicide shifter. You can not turn left as far as you use to but it easyly makes left turns. Our left turns are not sharp in Usa because we drive on right side of road. But, the handle bar can not get caught on shift handle. I made my own in the handle bar mirror out of the stock one. I bought the bike 4 weeks ago and I am glad to finale have it done. It runs great and gets alot of looks especialy at night with the running lights on throwing flames out the exhaust.I also installed Led turn Lamps front and rear. The bike had been dropeped and had a big dent inthe tank and the back turn signal broke. The front ones did not look right so I changed them to cat eyes. I lowered it with the spings compessed the ride hight is 1.5 in of the ground. Basicly you sit below the rear tire hight. I welded the rear pegs to the crash bar to make highway pegs. I removed the front fender and welded it as a rear fender. It makes the swing arm stronger and acts like a gusit moves the force foward on the swing arm. If you ride it over 40 MPH in the rain be prepared to get WET the front tire just slings water all over you. But looks much better without the fender or front brake.

Removing that front brake was a great idea - it only provides about 80% of your bike's braking capability. :S

Hello, Customize It. and WELCOME to KZrider! :)

Interesting bobber, and a bike certainly not for everybody, but sure to garner attention, and evoke opinions and criticisms, both favorable and unfavorable.

Probably already considered, but wondering about possibility of relocating the tail light and license tag down close to the rear axle.

Has been an ongoing concern for many years -- the absence of a front brake to enhance the cleanliness and esthetic appeal of appearance at the front end .

Many outstanding choppers have been fitted with a mini-drum front brake to offer some improvement in overall stopping performance.

Am not a particular fan of the red colored wheels, spokes and hubs.

Good Fortune! :)
