hello guys,

I'm back to ask you some questions. I need a new helmet. I am wondering if you could help me choose between Arai and Bell. If you have experience using these brands, please share your points so that I would know. Thanks. :cheer:

Hi Edna
Didnt we cover this for you on a helmet tread ??? If those are my only choices Arai but only as long as you try it on and it fits great and you like the features ;)

Thanks for that. So, you go for the Arai helmet? My friends told something about Bell but I cant decide yet. Since, I am planning to purchase it on line, there is no chance for me to check it before buying it. I think I really need some advice here. :)

First off, welcome! Second, I recomend trying them on at a dealer, the only way to see what feels best. That said, I go for the arai, I have also had some good hjc's over the years. You could always make an offer at the dealer, full well expecting to pay a little more, but only a fair mark-up.

Mine:
04 Honda rebel 250(wifes)
04 GSXR 750(bolt on galore)
98 CBR 600F3(filter, pipe, adjustable cam sprokets, dyno tune)
76 KZ900A (LTD gauge pods, crash bars, LTD(style)pipes, dyna coils and ignition, headwork and mild port cleanup by cavanaugh racing, K&N filter pods, heck I dunno.

Welcome from Carolina.

I'd say Arai too. I always used and still do. Saved my life too.

Hi guys

thanks for the replies. Seems like Arai got 2 votes and 1 for shoei. I am beginning to think hard about this. Meanwhile, I found this website ***. They have various kinds of helmets. Arai, shoei and Bell are also available. Take a look at it if you have time. Then, tell me your opinions here. :)
