Hello, I just bought my 1982 KZ1100 - only spent $400 (did not run). Got it running like a champ this past weekend and now the fun starts of getting it looking the way I want it to.

Welcome Zach. I'm just North of Syracuse. Still working on my bike, maybe within a few weeks it'll be roadable.

BTW your tools are WAY too neat and organized for me! How can you find anything without some good ol' clutter and confusion?

welcome...i spent ten years about in the area...Walden to Onieda lake to troy and back south to middletown....my favorite was anywhere near the hudson around fall at sunset...or watching folks drag 40 lb salmon out of the rivers...stripers....small and large mouth bass....had a 1 bedroom right on Onieda lake for a summer.....catch fish at sunset...play hooky from work and fish...with my boss...all day....
