Just picked up my first bike this past weekend. It's a 1978 KZ650-SR. Paint is about five or six years old, but was a quality job: blue with pearl. Was previously modified with an electronic ignition, aftermarket coils, and plug wires. My only concerns are a little bit of rust on the inside of the tank, and an occasional stall when idling on a hot day. More pics as they become available.

Welcome aboard! If it doesn't have one you may want to install an inline fuel filter - just in case any rust particles in the tank break lose. It doesn't take much to cause carb issues. Ed
