Howdy All,
I just bought a 1978 KZ1000A2 that I'm going to restore. It has a bad engine (bent intake valves) but the rest seems rebuildable. I'm missing some parts, like the center stand, front and rear signal lights, right front brake caliper and brake line, grab bar. Anybody have any of these parts?

Howdy!
When you ask if anybody has these parts, are you referring to new, repro, or used?
Z1 Enterprises can hook you up with most of these parts.
The right side caliper and line is available from various used parts sources, or eBay. You will need to know what size piston you have inside your other caliper so they match. That's a drag that the right side caliper is missing, it's the harder one to locate but they are around.
Looks like someone had already started fixing it up!
Oh, and from the photos, it looks like you have B model rims, fenders, and handlebars. Check your VIN against the Z1 Enterprises model-specific web page. My understanding is the stalks that hold the rear footpegs are different between the A and the B model, and you have A model stalks, but I'm not 100% certain of this difference.
