Hello and Thank you!

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to thank you guys as I push through My kz650 c2 project.
Being able to use all the info from the posts has helped me worked through several things. Seeing all the work you guys have done and all the technical advice on here has been very inspiring.

Found the c2 in a barn (11700 miles $500.00) and this poor bike had been just brutalized electrically, seldom cleaned, and rigged to stay running in ways I can’t explain.
So far these are the things I have done and replaced instead of birthday and anniversary gifts to my wife. HaHa
Dyna (complete ignition)
New wiring harness
LED Turn and markers yellow front and red rear
New Headlight bucket
Side covers
Drag bar handle bars
New Kz900 left and right control switches(yes I have lost my 4 way flashers)
New ignition switch
New tires (matched to be put on soon)
New Paint, Picked a color that looked like it could have been on a 78
Aluminum rear caliper brace for extended swing arm
New license plate bracket,
Gauges taken apart and cleaned,( that was tougher than I thought it would be)
Wired George coil mod
Kaw Vulcan mirrors

Things left to do (well to get it on the road)
Carbs rebuild and tune. Trying to find someone near me to do them. I am lost with this!
Either wrap or ceramic coat the exhaust, (after its tuned)
Tire install
New throttle cables and grips.
Front and rear pads
The first 2 pics was as found. Like a ford engine blue?
New paint finished Yesterday, first time in the sun!

Nicely done sir. Keep up the great work and keep the pics comming. If you ever want to trade mags for spokes let me know. I have spokes on my bike. PM if your interested.
