Proud new owner of KZ1000

After 30 years of riding various bike in all shapes and sizes and the last 8 or so being superbikes i thought it best I'd calm down a bit and swap my Ducati Hypermotard for something less manic.
I looked and searched for various bikes from 70s and 80s and then it hit me.. why not get the original superbike and decided on getting a kZ1000. (1978 same year i started riding coincidentally)
I've only owned her for less than a couple of weeks but I can honestly say it's the best decision I've ever made on buying a bike..
I cant get over how much fun it is to ride so smooth and of course still fast enough to get into trouble .. but with style ..and how much attention it gets when i go anywhere on it..

I have a feeling this might be my last bike change ever...

You have officially been bitten by the KZ bug. Nice bike by the way

I love '78 Kawasaki stuff! (sorry, I lied, I like all Kawasaki stuff from '73 to '80)

my 78 may not be my last bike but when i get another it will be just to keep her company!!

nah it wont be my last purchase as such as my collection will grow but the Zed is staying for good
