new to riding and new to kzrider!
01 Apr 2012 20:56
Hello riders i am new ti this forum and to motorcycles. I recently purchased my first bike which is a 1982 kz750 LTD. I picked it up from my girlfriends dad for 750 bucks! It was sitting for 2 years in the garage so i cleaned the carbs and she fired right up. I took her on my first ride today and she rab great except for a few things which i will adress in the proper forum sections.
So i just wanted to say hi and i hope to learn a lot from you Kz gurus on this site.
Cheers
Jason

Welcome to KZR!
As you are going to hear from everyone, it is the place to find answers to all the questions you didn't yet know you were going to have to ask.
Congrats on the scoop! Sounds like a great deal, especially when it fires right up and goes. Also, I guess I'll be the first to say it here, but Pics! Always good to have some shots of your ride!
Cheers!

Nope. Not that I've ever experienced. I believe they need to be less than ~2Mg, and framed at 1200x2400, but I think that is the only limitation. You can also import a link if is already hosted somewhere else as well, but that seems to be less common these days.
I suppose pics are pretty helpful in a lot of situations, and if everyone had to hit a posting minimum, then there would be an aweful lot of useless or garbage post from everyone trying to hit their minimum.
So, photo it up.
Cheers!

Welcome! I was in exactly your boat about two years ago. I still consider myself a total noob when it comes to riding and wrenching but this forum has been incredibly helpful in keeping my bike on the road.
Permanent and perpetual noob.
