No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationwell my right rear shock was losing oil so it was time for an upgrade. i picked these up from Ebay. just had to make some spacers for the top mount and bushings for the bottom mount.
went on a ride today and so far so good. much better than what i had on there. stiffer, but no more pogo

it looks like i left a few steps out of this forum. but ive been working on adapting dual modern front discs to my KZ650. the rotors are from a 636 or something and the calipers are from a 2000 SV650.
i had some AL waterjet cut to make an adapter from my hub to the rotors, then machined an AL spacer that fits behind that to properly locate the rotors to give room for calipers from spokes. the bolts on the hub interfered with the speedo drive, so i made an AL spacer to take its place. ( took the speedo off a few months ago anyway). for the calipers i made some bracket templates out of wood. this allowed me to mount the calipers to the forks and move them to where they need to be. then i just marked on the template where i needed to put a new tab on the calipers. cut some steel and welded another tab on. calipers bolt straight to forks.
here it is.
