Newly KZ Enthused

Long time creeper first time poster. Got my hands on my first bike and what a beast I've gotten in a 1977 KZ750, stoked to be riding! Have appreciated the expanse of information on the site, worked my way through several problems, and will surely be posting a question or two soon. Cheers from Portland, OR.

Welcome aboard! For sure get a front brake! 80% of the bike braking capability is provided by the front brake; we don't want to lose you. Also, consider a front fender, especially in wet Oregon. Riding without one can be a royal pain in the rain because of the spray from the front wheel. Good luck with your new bike and be safe. Ed

Great! Here's some other info you may find helpful (if you haven't already read it). Ed

Love the look of the bike. Almost thought it was a British cafe bike from the 50's or 60's when I first saw the picture. I hope you stay with that theme. Looks really cool.

Welcome! I really like the Kawasaki font painted on the tank. It's great to hear you've taken the MSF course and have a front brake/fender to put on!
