Hi guys and gals Ken here,just bought a 1980 KZ1000 shaft model from a customer of mine after a couple of failed deals to buy a ZRX1200. Price was right at $500,so I'll tinker,paint,mod,and ride it some then get somethin newer. Who knows,it would make a great 2nd bike to have around. Thanks and ride safe all!!!!! Ken

Welcome mate. I have the same bike. This is my first Kawasaki and man, let me tell ya, this sucker is pretty darn quick! Keep the rubber side down. ;)

BTW guy here in ky is parting one out went and looked at it 2 weeks ago Dyna S accel coils 4 into 1 and about all the stock stuff I have his number if ya need any parts before Feebay gets em all

I have a bike shop in Melbourne,FL. and live next town over in Palm Bay,FL. We're about half way down on the east coast,just below Cocoa Beach.
For now it IS gonna be my primary bike since I sold my BMW R1200RT. Its not running presently,its missing exhaust,and I have to go through carbs from sitting about 2yrs. Its in great shape considering. Gotta get rid of the narly king queen seat. Ick!!! I hate those things. Glad to be here,hope to have some fun. Thanks----Ken

Whay kind of bike shop? Pretty sure the one he has under the blanket in his garage was a BMW

I work on all makes and models from metrics,HD's,Euros,to sport,cruiser,little atv and dirt(don't care for the dirtbikes).Got a little of everything in right now.
