According to Kawasaki.com the air filter element is (believe it or not) is still an "active" part, so any Kawasaki dealer can order it or you can get it online. It is part number 11013-1039; ronayers.com lists it at $14.17. Ed

DAAAAAYYUM! I thought I'd gotten a sweet deal on my kz1100 but that tank paint alone is worth what you paid for that bike. Just let me know if you want to get rid of it. I'd pay you to NOT cover the thing with wal-mart bought spray paint, even.
