I'm sure somebody would buy it. If you're not interesting in fixing it yourself, there still exist shops that can work on it, but they get to be harder to find.

That would help anyone who was going to work on it as well. Also If you can describe symptoms it has, if it runs at all.

After receiving the kaw I did the following :
Replace plugs , while Pulling the plug wires I noticed the caps had been replaced by ngk hard plastic ones . a little research showed that the original coil , wire and cap were one piece
I replaced the coils
I replaced the fuel line filter
And cleaned the fuel shutoff valve
Drained and replaced fuel
Replaced battery
Checked every wire from control box to the end of main harness for continutity
Checked air box for freedom of movement
Took the bike to a Kawasaki power sports shop, 400 dollars later they were stumped
Read , in this site about the unknown inline filter ,in fuel pump inlet.
The bike then ran like a super bike for a week
Started the ,running on 2 cyl. Again
Pulled checked the plugs they all looked dark and damp
A reader gave me a throttle valve # for my bike did an r&r no change
The regulater rectifier on occasion clicks ,I found a manufacturer and ask about its function he said that this unit would not cause the lack of performance , I am going to replace it any way
Thanks everyone for reading I have a few more things to check the pump pressure and the pressure regulater

The fuel injectors might be causing the problem. They can cause the rich running. There is a small screen at the Inlet to each injector. Bad fuel going through can cause them to not seal back up after the Electrical pulse. You can pull the Fuel Rail, so the injectors are hanging, and watch the Spray pattern, and also check to see if they Shut Off so no fuel flows. They can be cleaned and tested, I Highly Recommend This service For Old Injectors.
Have a look here at some info:

If the one way return valve is clogged(it screws into the tank and a hose goes to it from the fuel pressure regulator), the bike will run rich.
