Newbie Alert

Hi guys
Obligatory first post I guess. I am from Sheffield over in the U.K. I have a few bikes in the garage (all Kawasaki's though), but felt the need to join up here following the acquisition of my latest project which is a 1977 650C1, she's on the up now after a nightmare start. Still in bits cos I am waiting on parts, but she will surface again soon.

I also have an 05 ZX10R for nice sedate riding ...

and a '75 H1F triple - again for nice sedate riding :laugh:

Welcome to KZR from a fellow KZ/zx-10r owner. Those first generation ninjas sure are a hoot. In the most sedate way possible, of course. Let's see some pictures of your fleet when you get time. We don't care that they are in pieces.

She's had a fortune spent since then and is now painted back to the Candy Blue she would have originally been. I can't add up to date photo's of that at present though cos the bike is up at a mate's shop while I work on the 650. I have room for 3 bikes in the garage - but not if I have to strip one and work around it ...

The 650 as I bought it was this:



It looks OK - but what a mess underneath, it needed completely rewiring from head to tail. If it's electrical it's been replaced. I will update that as I progress more
