New member from western Mass

Hey everyone. My step-dad and I picked up a 80 KZ1000 ltd this past monday and I figured it would be a good idea to find a forum for these bikes with what we envision doing to this bike. To kind of introduce myself my first bike i leared on was an 81 KZ250 then onto a 81 XS650, 89ninja600R, 05Bandit1200 and I currently own a 2004 Yamaha Roadstar 1700 and half and half with the new KZ1000. Looking forward to researching some of the more custom work to these bikes like swingarm swaps front end swaps and possibly a newer sportbike engine swap. This is going to be the "fun" bike as we both have cruisers already.
