New member in FL

Hi,
New to the site and starting to feel my way around. I am a marine electronics tech on the west coast of FL and I build one-off bikes in my spare time. I own a 1985 Kawasaki Eliminator that I have completely modified. It now has a ZRX1200 motor, ZX9 front end, stretched Busa rear end, air shifter, etc. It was a feature bike in the September '09 issue of Streetfighters. A 2003 Yamaha Warrior that is putting 98 hp at the wheel and was a feature bike in the October '10 issue of Roadbike Magazine. A 1996 ZX9 that I am in the process of building into a streetfighter. Just waiting for the parts to come back from powder coating. And, a 1976 KZ900 with a 1075 kit and a Supercharger. This is my next project. It's pretty plain right now, but that will change. I already can see the finished bike in my head.

Oh No! Another Mike from Florida who builds custom bikes. Just kidding, welcome to KZR! Quite the collection you have there. Looks like you could teach us a few things. Be sure to start a build thread. We like to watch.

DANG!!!! Those look amazing. Well done. Do you do the work yourself, or have it done for you? +1 for starting a build thread.

I do all of my own work with a little help from a machine shop when I need it. The supercharged KZ was built by a friend of mine, but I plan to completely change it. I'm in the process of building two other bikes right now and will start on the KZ when they are finished. Thanks for the compliments.
