Hello everyone, I just picked up '88 KZ1000P and thinking about doing some stuff to it. I was surfing around and found this Forum, very interesting. I am not new to Kawasaki, I ride 2004 ZX12R but always have love for KZ model and was in the right place at the right time to get one.

I will be asking lots of questions regarding this bike so let me thank you all in advance for all your answers :)
If you want to know how fast, get one and check it out, there is no substitute for Horsepower!

Bobber type with straight handle bar, 4 in 1 exhaust, re-jet carbs, remove windshield, replace the seat with gun-fighter seat, probably keep the boxes and add passenger pegs so my wife can ride along sometimes....
