my 1978 KZ650C
10 Jun 2011 06:11
hey kzr! today i am the proud new owner of a 1978 kz650c! im pretty excited as its my first bike, but she needs a bit of work before she runs. A new starter will be ordered tomorrow and new battery is already on its way. One carb has overflow issues, but before i rebuild them, i want to get her running first. Then some new tires eventually.
I will post pics soon, but need to take some first. She is flat black on black, straight piped, with 22.4k original miles and K&N filters. Everything else seems to be in good shape. The best part about all of this, was the purchase price. $300
. I look forward to riding with you guys!
