newbie here....also member of the kawasaki motorcycle forum and chopper underground. the completed bike is a 82 honda cm 450 bar hopper, did it last year, and it is my first bike. the incomplete one is a 80 kz 750 ltd h1....it has been more of a challenge...but the nicer weather has aloud me to work on it more. the tank is geting bondo. vance and hines 4 into 1 on the shelf ready to put on. air pods are also ready....my carbs are in a shop in texas getting gone thru and jetted. im getting ready to start the motor cleanup and paint, and it is a mess...grime and grease everywhere...whats the best way to plug up all the holes in the engine u dont want anything to get into?..put new shocks on that are 2 inches lower, new drag bars..going to a single disk brake instead of dual brake...anyone know of a good master cylinder for that?...the original is bulky and slants down with drag bars..this baby is going to be in the black hills this august...wish me luck.
