Hello to all! 1980 KZ550 LTD C1 owner

I have had my kz550 for three years. It is my only vehicle and I love it. Had a kz440 belt drive long ago and liked it as well. I found this forum a month ago and I love it. I felt alone and unsure of my dedication to these great bikes, this forum has confirmed why I love this bike so much, they are great bikes! I look forward to some good solid advice from some of you old timers.

That is one shiny bike!!! Welcome to this board. I have a 550 M1 (shaftie) too, but mine's not nearly in as good a shape as yours; getting it ready to go back on the road after it sat for at least 5 years. Rats chewed on the foot pegs and various rubber... Needs new exhaust too and new seat. Yes, give us some info on the seat.
