1981 KZ650H new rider/rebuilder

Hey all, this past summer I picked up a 1981 CSR650 for a decent price. It did not run well, flooding out of number 2 carb, and just random bits. Well, its winter here in North Dakota and I finally have my own garage, so its time to start "attempting" to get this thing running! During the summer I had the carburetors rebuilt, that got the bike idling ok, but instantly dieing under throttle. So obviously my main concern is getting the damn thing running well. From there I will move on to the rest of the bike. Thats my intro/problem thread, I will post pictures tomorrow of the bike.
