Hello from South Carolina

Hello All. Just doing my formal intro thread here.

I'm new to the Kawasaki's but not to motorcycles in general. I dove in head first a few years ago and have built several Yamaha XS650's and a Honda CB500. Pics to follow soon.

What brings me here is a "baby" KZ. I recently picked up a FREE and 98% complete KZ250. I just couldn't resist. I found a titled frame within a couple of days. I'm soaking the locked-up engine with PB Blaster and the plan is to build a stripped down cafe' bike.
I'll start a build thread on "The Mosquito" when I really tear into her.

I look forward to joining you guys on the forums and hope you don't mind answering a few questions about the little KZ's!

There's also an '85 FJ600 in the garage (my girls bike) and a '75 Yamaha XS650 restoration project...complete except for paint. It's been stuck in paint jail for nearly a year! Grrr...

And here's what brings me here. Not much to look at right now, but I figure it'll be blast to zip around town on. All 19HP of it!
