Never too late

Mike and Steve know me from another forum or two . Larry may remember me from endless questions years ago (early "J" engine valve troubles that poppa Kaw refused to answer or address) .
I've been doing this for nearly 40 years now and don't mind having my brain drained whether it's Larry (unlikely) or a new member .
I've had at least one 998-1100 Gen III "J" engine in daily operation since 1985 . That is where I normally excel save for brief moments of unexplained momentary brain death .
I'm no stranger to any of the inline 4 air coolers and my be able to help with some of the more esoteric questions about them .
