First ride...finally!

Finally got a morning that was warm enough to ride into work here in northern Michigan last week (although, 40 degrees and 70 MPH does make for a brisk combination). At first I thought I was going to be disappointed at the performance of my 650 since I had the throttle wide open to keep at 60 going up a moderate hill. There must have been some junk in the carbs that blew though as I shot up past 80 rather quickly about half way up the hill. Really enjoy the site and am looking forward to getting some consistently nice mornings up here to get some riding time in. Happy and safe riding everyone.

Ha! Another poor soul is hooked! Well, it's all down hill from here...bike lust, tool hoarding, wee hours on the computer, lost weekends wrenching away...
