hi from the uk
17 Sep 2010 18:19
hi , i've been riding ,building and modifying bikes for too long , friends tell me i should just buy a modern bike and be happy ,but wheres the enjoyment in that . ressurecting old bikes and improving the breed is a passion , ![;) ;)](/media/kunena/emoticons/11.png)
i always wanted a z900 but could never afford one when i was young but i could afford a z650 , loved it but was forced to sell due to job loss , so many years later i got another one thats still a work in progress , hopefully ill get it all sorted before the winter , heres a pic , hope you like it so far

Nice job! Getting an old bike runing again is a true labor of love, but the pay off is when during a ride, you park and a crowd gathers with stories of how their Dad/Brother/Uncle had one. And everybody kinda ignores the speedier new sport bikes zooming around.

very nice, one of a kind!!!...i would tighten up that chain though, and lengthen the ignition wires up to tuck under the case...I would gawk seeing it cruising down the street! im sure everyone else would too, assuming how that exhaust sounds ...
