Add to that list rubber brake lines,and possibly the rubber ducting(boots) going to the carbs as ozone and sunlight will crack/harden the.

SS brake lines are the type you install, bleed for air bubbles and forget them.

Oh that is a beauty, so nice to see such a thing. I bet your Uncle would be proud you did all that to drag her home. Ride her, give her a life like she deserves. Museums are for useless stuff, not a Kawasaki!

Very interesting story.Glad to hear that you are riding it.Some may frown on the idea of riding it.I dont. Let the thing live.I hear too many stories about a bike that ends up in a museum or as a piece of art that sits static.We all know that bikes are art.But if their not ridden its like a bird in a cage.Just my opinion

Given me another stripe scheme to consider.
