Mine was given to me not running. It sat in a pasture for like 8 years before I got it. It has the same MAC pipes on it, and they look pretty rusty. I took some 0000 Steel wool to them and presto they look like really good used pipes, some small pitting in spots but really good. I'd be worth a shot anyway.

I agree Patton - what's with all this motorcycle talk? Rusty mufflers? I don't want to hear about those unless it's code for something dirty...yea, I'd like to "steel wool my rusty muffler" after seeing that picture!! :woohoo:
