i have been trying that, the image size is too large i think. ill make them fit when i have more time.
just spent the last few hours stripping spray paint off the frame, its already looking so much better.

It isn't that ugly, some of them would really peal the paint off of the walls. You've got a great starting point. 9000ft ? Well that will really shed some of the stock power. If you will always run above say 5000ft then one of the best and probably cheapest mods would be to get the head milled to get some compression, then re-jet for the altitude. Always a performance exhaust is good, but I would stay with a stock air-box for street riding, the pod's can cause several issues. This is of course that all of the engine mechanicals are in good working condition, remember that at your altitude there will be a Dramatic loss in cranking compression so if testing you need to follow the chart in the manual for the correct readings. Jetting will have to be dropped to lean the carb's, if you have adjustable needles then you can move a clip a step at a time to lean the mid range, but the main jets will have to be changed, if you know what is in the carb's now then add it to the post and some of us that live "Sky High" can help.
