brand new. PLEASE HELP!

i recently (today) bought a little kz 550 that runs well but is hideous. I NEED to get a cafe looking seat but have never drilled fiberglass or mounted anything like it. PLEASE leave suggestions on products, vendors, and any/all technical help in regards to putting on a new seat. thanks.

thanks, it has already been incredibly helpful. I have searched and was able to find some vendors, but i guess i am just uncertain with the entire process of aftermarket seats.

awesome, thank you. i have found a few seats i like, does anyone know of any aftermarket tanks that fit the 550ltd something less tear drop shaped, preferably with knee notches.??!??

i bought this bike for DIRT cheap and she runs well, i had not planned on making it a project but it is way too fun to ride not to work on and make pretty.

the previous owner spray painted nearly everything with out masking anything off.

i invite anyone with any recommendations or ideas to leave them. This is my first "project" bike and feel like a fish out of water with early 80's stuff.
