hello to all,im picking up a pretty nice 83 kz750 later this week.i was just wondering if anyone has any heads up about this bike,also does anyone know where to download a pdf shop manual for this bike.thanks!!

howdy. Do an internet search for mbsween. He has a KZ750-L3 page w wiring diagrams - I believe there's a link to a pdf manual but I don't recall what model(s) it covers.

thanks,he has the shop manual i need.im new to kz's...been riding honda for the last few years.these models seem pretty scarce,i know Z1 probably has everything i need but i was wondering if parts are interchangeable between the ltd model and other years of KZ750's.also the bike im getting has 45000 km on it,it that really high for these engines??anyway thanks for the info.cheers!

Hello Jason...you will find much in common with the KZ750L3, KZ750R1, and KZ700A1 models...from a motor standpoint, there is also a fair amount of interchangeability with the ZX750A1/2 models. The only issue I'm aware of with the free pdf from mbsween, is that the very bottoms of the pages are cut off in his copy. However, if you wish to purchase a paper copy, used KZ750(four) Kawasaki shop manuals are readily available on eBay at a very reasonable price. 45K km is not a huge amount of mileage...it all depends on the amount of care and maintenace the bike received in its life :)
