Dream come true

I started riding bikes back in 2000. The first time i saw a KZ1000 was in colorado springs i thought it was the cleanest thing i had seen in my 6 months of riding. From then on i was bound and determined to get one of my own. I have riding everything from a turbo busa to a can am spyder. I have never forgot about the first love of my life and here she is doesnt run and the gas tank is rusted really bad. Buddy of mine has owned this bike since he was 15.

He doesnt really know what it is but im thinking its a '75 Z-1. All he could tell me is that its a '75. He doesnt even know what the wheels are off of and to be honest im not that sure either. All i know is that it has been sittn and has not been started for the past 3 years. If you guys or experts shall i say could help me figure out what this is that would make getn my parts that much easier.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationthe body work and frame are early z-1...motor and frame #s and guys hre will nail it for you...the the carbs are later kz900-1000..probaly kz900 26mm...the rims are some year yamaha fzr rims imo
