It seems that in my experience, the general level of craziness increases as you travel to the desert. I don't know if the crazies are drawn to the desert or the heat just gets to you and turns you crazy after you move there.

Last I checked testarossa, Spring gets pretty frigging HOT and HUMID to boot! So are you saying you're crazy too!? ha!ha! I have family their, my husband is from Humble. But yeah, I definately blame my craziness on living in the sweltering 110-120 sometimes+ degree temps of AZ for 18 years! :silly:

Hell yeah I'm crazy, but not from the desert heat. Thankfully we only get to 100deg during the summer. If we saw 120 with our 95% humidity, then Houston wouldn't be the largest city in Texas. People would be falling out left and right.

Haha! True testarossa!! We were in Spring for Thanksgiving and in shorts and tank tops! But 100 degrees with 95% humidty is just as bad or worse as 120 degree dry heat!! With the humidity you get instant sweat droplets rolling down the "twins" as soon as you step outside, soooo annoying!!! I remember having cross country race on a record 126 degree in Glendale, and I didn't even know it was that hot until I got home that night! I mean once it gets over about 110 it just feels the same... HOT as Fu@K!!! When it gets up above 95 here in GA and they start cancelling after school sports I think, sh!t, these kids have no clue! Ha, but I doubt they allow that in AZ anymore either....

550A2 - that's a SWEET ride, gotta show it to the hubby, he loves the KAWI green!!! And don't give up on the "wife" .... There's a crazy B!TCH out there for everyone! Bahaha :silly:

My oven goes up to 500+, but don't worry, it's a dry heat. :woohoo:

Ahhhhh! I love CALI, If I could live anywhere it'd probably be there near San Diego, Poway area! But you know what they say......AZ will have the next beach front property before too long cuz CALI is going to "fall off" into the Pacific!

Yeah, well on the third coast we have a big water heater....the Gulf of Mexico.

RaeRae, Thanksgiving here is such a crap shoot. Some years it's shorts and t-shirt. Some years it's epic ice storms.

Don't you know that Murphy's Law states, "One day everything east of the San Andreas Fault will plunge into the Atlantic Ocean"?
