Hi Guys Great Forum you have here. Picked up my bike around Thanksgiving...had been sitting in a barn for a few years. I haven't ridden in about 20 years....thought it was time to climb back on the ole horse. I've been hangin' around the forum for a few months reading up....posted just a few times. So far, I've cleaned up two sets of carbs, cleaned up the electrical and installed a relay for the ignition and de-rusted the gas tank. Finally got the beast started!
Lots of work to go....look forward to all of the info on here and getting to know you folks!

There are two good sources for shop manuals:
1. www.repairmanual.com
2. www.manualsnmore.com

Haynes and Clymer in my opinion are o.k. for some things, but I like the manuals from the two I first listed.

Another choice would be E-Bay too.

Thanks MFolks! I went manual crazy right off the bat. I've got Clymer/Haynes, factory shop manual and Zedder. Ok...a bit overkill, but like I said, don't have alot of bike knowledge yet. What can I say, I love a good read.

Welcome to KZR, get that bike road worthy so we can meet up. Nice looking bike, get rid of that drip pan, it makes it look like a Harley.

Welcome HeyJacko! If you truly have a Z1P, then you have a very rare bike...restore it...don't modify it (but then it is your bike and you could chop it if you choose :X )
